Finally it looks as they are going to do a little bit of research into the proposed insurance raise for people who live & own property in Coastal North Carolina.

Yet Another Shipwreck Found!

Checkout the link below for details on another shipwreck found on the Outer Banks.  There is a reason they call this the Graveyard of the Atlantic.

I have to show property on Saturday on Hatteras Island, might just be a perfect excuse to head on over and check this out personally!

Mid-Currituck Bridge Update

The North Carolina Turnpike Authority has issued and update on the Mid-Currituck Bridge.  Please click on the links below to see the updated preferred route.  Current estimate cost of building is $659.2 Million but is expected to change when construction begins.
